Flux is looking for a copywriter

Flux is looking for an enthusiastic copywriter to join our design team. Do you have feeling for writing clear and inspiring texts? And do you have an affinity and interest in landscape architecture and urban design? Then we would like to hear from you!
As a copywriter, you will work in a team of landscape architects and urban designers on the layout of project texts, vision statements, PR and tenders. You have knowledge of design language and want to work with Flux to strengthen the agency's profile in communications and texts, in line with the agency's image. 

Who are you?

  • You are a strong writer and editor in Dutch and English
  • Experience in the field is an advantage, but a good feel for language and motivation are the most important qualities
  • You are highly independent, but also able to work well with our designers
  • You have a feel for design, imagery and spatial quality and can express this in the right words
  • You are curious about themes related to landscape architecture and urban planning
  • You are available 16-24 hours per week; freelance work is also possible

Who are we?

Flux landscape architecture is a landscape architecture and urban design firm in Utrecht. The firm was founded by Gerwin de Vries and its 25-strong design team consists of landscape architects and (urban)designers.
Flux aims to design and create attractive and future-proof landscapes in response to relevant issues such as climate change, declining biodiversity and increasing urbanisation. The firm is characterised by an investigative and concept-driven approach. Flux's work encompasses various scales, from design research to concrete spatial designs for landscapes and public spaces.

Flux is looking for interns as of September 2026. Are you interested in working on competitions, research and the implementation of projects?
