Flux is looking for a technical designer (2-5 years of experience)

Flux is looking for an enthusiastic technical designer to join our design team. Do you have a keen eye for detail, an interest in landscape architecture and a European nationality? Then we are curious about you!
As a technical designer, you work on diverse projects, from complex public spaces to detailed roof gardens. You bridge the gap between concept and realization by translating sketches into precise technical drawings, including plans, sections, and details. With your knowledge and eye for accuracy, you add depth to the design process and turn ideas into tangible, buildable results.

Who are you?
- You are a landscape designer with a technical background or a technical designer with 2-5 years of work experience
- You have an inquisitive attitude and are intrinsically motivated to design and realise distinctive projects
- You have a keen eye for details and materials and new applications for them
- You have a good command of Autocad, 3D (Sketch up) and the Adobe package
- You contribute ideas and are a connecting force within the team

About Flux
Flux landscape architecture is a landscape architecture and urban design office in Utrecht. The office was founded by Gerwin de Vries and its 25-strong design team consists of landscape architects, urban designers and researchers. Flux aims to design attractive and future-proof landscapes in response to relevant issues such as climate change, declining biodiversity and increasing urbanisation. The office is characterised by an investigative and concept-driven approach. The work of Flux encompasses various scales, from design research to concrete spatial designs for landscapes and public spaces.
