Rixt moves seamlessly between design, organisation and content. She combines an imaginative approach with in-depth knowledge of plants, planting and ecosystems. Building on this expertise, she designs public spaces as healthy, coherent living environments, where ecology, climate adaptation and spatial quality come together naturally. Her designs bring breathing space and back to the increasingly paved urban environment.
Alongside her role as a designer, Rixt is office manager, providing structure, oversight and the right conditions to support the strategic development of Flux.
